This was my first communications receiver, bought when I was 18, after
working as a mail carrier for one summer. At the time it was regarded as
a fine receiver, but I quickly became disillusioned with the lousy sound
quality, cheap look and bad ergomomics. I sold it off and soon it was replaced
with a Drake R7A, which was cheaper too. |
